How can I return a product?

You have a 30-day cooling-off period after placing your order. During this time you can take your time to check if the product suits you and your cat. Still not exactly what you were looking for? Then you can of course return it.

You can easily register a return via WhatsApp or our contact form. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return, then we will help you quickly.

The return shipping costs are at your own expense. We ask that you return the product clean, complete, and in its original packaging.

Once we have received your return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days.
